Really, I love Santa despite his being not my tradition, but I find his hovering over the menorah in the lobby of the building in which I live and have invested my life savings, disconcerting. To me this image does not say, “Merry Christmas” as much as it screams, “Attention K-Mart shoppers,” or perhaps, “I am drunk, fat peasant here to make pogram.”
